We Love Boston Chinatown
We Love Boston Chinatown is a resilience campaign started in 2020 by a collective of Chinatown non-profit organizations, businesses, residents, and city officials to reactivate & heal Chinatown’s economic & social fabric. As part of the campaign, the Chinatown community has engaged in revitalization activities such as Clean-Up Day and Take Out Thursdays. We Love Boston Chinatown seeks to counter anti-Asian Sentiment by celebrating Chinatown’s rich culture and amenities in a safe, pandemic-conscious manner by encouraging takeout from restaurants and eating outdoors while maintaining mask-wearing and social distancing.
